School's Out....Almost!!!

The boys have three hours left to their 2012-2013 school year and then we're off on a weekend Mom & Son camping trip with the Cub Scouts!  Perfect way to start the summer!

We made a donut run this morning...and were informed by the bakery that it's National Donut Day....I hadn't gotten the memo on that but apparently others had because there were slim pickings this morning.

I guess Greyson wants a job????


The boys each picked out a donut for themselves and a flower cookie for their teachers.  We were bringing flowers for the teachers so a flower cookie seemed appropriate.  

Last day of 1st and 2nd grade!  Greyson has been trying to grow his hair out and it was looking pretty cute.  Then we went for a clean up trim this week and she took a lot more off than we expected.  No one was happy about that.  Good news...it's hair...it'll grow again, but in the meantime I have a sad panda of a boy.



And here they are way back on the first day of school in September.



I'm so proud of my boys!  And so ready for summer!

    Aw Sarah...such a sweet post. Your boys have grown so much since the first day of school. They are cuties, for sure! Bummer about the haircut, but I think he still looks cute. We've had our share of bad ones though. I didn't know today was national donut day. I'm glad you mentioned it. We were going to do our cupcake date, but maybe we should grab donuts, if it's not too late?! Have a good camping weekend!

    I am so cheap that I usually cut my boys hair myself and I am unhappy with the results 90% of the time... but it is hair and mine wear hats so much that it rarely shows anyway!

    yay for summer being in full swing and a momma/ son camping trip!!
